Rotary Vacuum Dryer Overview:
UltraPilot Technologies Pilot Systems of Rotary Vacuum Dryer Paddle Systems (RVPD) are designed to dry filtered wet cakes from Agitated Nutsche Filter and other filtration systems. These pilot systems are specifically suited for Low-Temperature Drying under High Vacuums thereby being ideal for sensitive API molecules.
These pilot systems have been designed in different configurations to specifically be useful in Clean Room Applications and Sterile environments with an emphasis on full cleanability between batches or between changes of campaigns for drying of different molecules.
These pilot systems are being used in the drying process of Agro-Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Food Products.
Useful for slimy, sticky as well as crystalline pastes. The dry powder obtained with <1% moisture is then further processed.

> Charging Capacities 40% to 60% of Gross Capacities depending on nature of slurry/product to be dried.
