Pilot Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer (RVPD)
Used for removal and recovery of solvents from filtered wet cakes. Low-temperature drying possible to prevent product degradation. Useful for sticky, slimy as well as crystalline pastes, API molecules. The dry powder obtained with <1% moisture is processed further. Gross Capacity 50 to 100 Litres.

The versatile energy-efficient system is used for drying crystalline, sensitive, free-flowing, moist, wet cakes and dried products, under vacuum, heated walls, and rotation at low speeds.
