UltraPilot Technologies was formed so as to provide Laboratory and Pilot Scale Filtration and Drying Systems in the area of Solid-Liquid Separation, to the Chemical Process Industry comprising of Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals including API’s, Food & Herbal Industries, etc.

The basis of the operating and design philosophy for our Lab and Pilot Scale systems is to provide safe production of high-quality products; so as to ensure process safety; provide efficient material flow and capture processing data. As a result, it will help achieve a complex balance of timely and cost-effective manufacturing of chemical inventory and scale-up of the process.

These systems are also designed especially for the Pharmaceutical Industry (development of APIs & Bulk Drugs), adhere to the ASME code and are manufactured strictly following current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs). They are used for preparing clinical supplies that are governed by regulatory health authorities such as the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMEA).

OUR PILOT SYSTEMS:

Used in the process of mechanical separation of Solids-Liquids by pressure and vacuum, washing and drying of cake in a closed and secured environment. As a result, it will make the entire system energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Manufactured under strict CGMP and FDA guidelines. Useful in the manufacturing of high valued products, Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Bulk Drugs and API molecules, in Laboratories and Pilot Plant Facilities. Gross Capacity 30 to 100 Litres.

 

Used for Low-temperature drying of wet cakes so as to prevent product degradation. Solvents recovery is possible. Useful for sticky, slimy as well as crystalline pastes and API molecules. The dry powder obtained with <1% moisture is processed further.  Gross Capacity 50 to 100 Litres.

 

The versatile energy-efficient system is used for drying crystalline, sensitive, free-flowing and moist, wet cakes to dried products, under vacuum. Indirect heat transfer through heated walls, and rotation at low speeds. Solvents are recovered. Mainly used in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, because Low-Temperature drying under a high vacuum gives better product quality and higher efficiency.

 

Modular, pre-piped, skid-mounted plant for easy shipping, assembly, and commissioning at site. Ideal for Pilot Plants, pre-production scale, and full-scale plants The system is completely automated with single-point controls.

Our Pilot Systems are used in the production of Agro-Chemicals – Pesticides and Insecticides, Fine Chemicals, Dye & Dyes Intermediates for Extraction and processing of Raw Materials and transformation into new substances with characteristics different from original ones. Our Pilot Systems are designed for process automation that provide control of process parameters such as temperature and pressure as well as capturing essential process data and events.

Our Pilot Systems are used for manufacturing of API’s, Bulk Drugs, Intermediates under totally isolated, enclosed, automated environment, using CIP systems, from Raw Material charging to Finished Product. Facilities are provided for data mining to capture essential variables for most efficient and effective manufacturing and improvement, upscaling of process. Strictly manufactured under GMP and FDA, EMEA guidelines.

Our Pilot Systems are used in the processing of Foods and Herbal products mainly vacuum drying of Spices, Food Grade Dyes and Powders, Health products, processing of Nutraceuticals. Strictly manufactured under GMP and FDA, EMEA guidelines.
